Garrett Smithley hopes to get back on track this weekend at Richmond International Raceway.
After two straight finishes in the 30s, Smithley is gunning for a rebound in Saturday’s ToyotaCare 250 Xfinity Series race at RIR.
“We’ve had a tough couple of weeks,” Smithley said. “Richmond can be the place we make a jump. I’ve run there twice in these cars, so I know the track pretty well. We’ll rebound this week.”
Smithley, driving for JD Motorsports with Gary Keller, is 20th in Xfinity driver points entering the race.
