TriStar Motorsports and BWP Bats will team up to furnish a fifth entry for the Subway Firecracker 250 at Daytona International Speedway. Benny Gordon will be in the cockpit of the No. 91 Toyota Camry for his second NASCAR Nationwide Series career start at the 2.5-mile tri-oval.
The Pennsylvania native made his first NNS start at DIS in 2012. After starting the race from the 33rd position, Gordon matched his career best finish of 12th. With 18 career starts under his belt, Gordon is more than ready to light up the banks of Daytona.
“I am excited to drive the No. 91 BWP Bats Camry this Friday in Daytona,” said Gordon. “TriStar Motorsports has worked hard to get the car finished and I know that with BWP Bats on board, we will run a good race.”
