Celsius Energy Drink will serve as the Primary Sponsor for Blake Koch’s No. 10 Camry at Daytona

TriStar Motorsports and their Official Energy Drink partner, Celsius, will join forces for Friday night’s Subway Firecracker 250 at Daytona International Speedway. Celsius will serve as the primary sponsor for the No. 10 Toyota Camry, with Blake Koch behind the wheel.

Celsius is the world’s first negative calorie energy drink. Scientific data shows that by drinking Celsius, consumers burn 100 extra calories or more. Upon working out, Celsius will increase consumer’s metabolism, provide healthy energy, reduce body fat and improve endurance. Koch has been a brand ambassador for Celsius since the beginning of 2014.

“We are excited to be racing the Celsius Negative Calorie Cola car with TriStar Motorsports and are proud to be associated with NASCAR driver Blake Koch,” stated Gerry David, CEO, Celsius Holdings.  “This partnership provides Celsius with the opportunity to communicate to NASCAR fans, who are looking for healthy alternatives to soft drinks, that Celsius Sparkling Cola delivers great cola taste and burns 100 calories per serving.”

Koch, a Florida native, is ready to take to the track in Daytona next weekend. With only five Nationwide Series starts at the fast tri-oval, Koch has an average starting position of 27.4 and an average finishing position of 24.8. Earlier this season, Koch qualified 11th and finished 22nd. This weekend will be Koch’s 99th NASCAR Nationwide Series start.

“I am really excited to have the Celsius Negative Calorie Cola paint scheme on my Toyota Camry this weekend in Daytona,” said Koch. “Celsius has been a great partner of ours this season and I look forward to representing their company both on and off the track. My TriStar Motorsports team has put together a fast Camry and I am ready to race in Daytona this weekend!”
