Jeff Foxworthy headlines Speedway Children's Charities events

Jeff Foxworthy, comedian and host of television’s The American Bible Challenge and Are You Smarter Than a Fifth-Grader appears at a dinner Friday, March 15 at Bristol Motor Speedway to benefit the Bristol Chapter of Speedway Children’s Charities.

Foxworthy is the largest selling comedy-recording artist in history, a multiple Grammy Award nominee, a best-selling author and TV star.

His name also just happens to be the headliner on the marquee of the March 16 Nationwide Series race – the Jeff Foxworthy’s Grit Chips 300 -- at Bristol Motor Speedway.

The dinner takes place at 7 p.m. in the third-floor banquet room at the Bruton Smith Building at BMS.

All proceeds from the dinner will benefit the Bristol Chapter of Speedway Children’s Charities, a non-profit organization which has raised in excess of $7 million for children’s agencies in Northeast Tennessee and Southwest Virginia over the last 15 years.
