Grant Enfinger to Finish The Season for GMS Racing

Grant Enfinger will close out the final nine races of the ARCA Racing Series presented by Menards season in the No. 90 Motor Honey/Casite, Allegiant Travel Chevrolet for GMS Racing.

 

Enfinger will make his GMS Racing debut when the team fields an entry for the ARCA Racing Series event at the Lucas Oil Raceway on July 25.

 

“I would like to thank Howard (Bixman) and Team BCR Racing for getting me to this point in my career,” Enfinger said, who has raced for Team BCR Racing much of this season for team owner Howard Bixman. “I am thankful to Howard for allowing me this opportunity with GMS Racing. This alliance will provide me the opportunity to move to the next level in my career. We started the year off strong, and I look forward to finishing the season with GMS Racing as strong as I started.”

 

Enfinger, 29, has competed in the ARCA Racing Series since 2008 and has competed in the NASCAR Camping World Truck Series (NCWTS). Enfinger has 62 career starts in the ARCA Racing Series. The Fairhope, Ala. native has six series victories, earning 27 top-five finishes and 43 top-10 finishes, with an average starting position of 10.4 and an average finishing position of 10.5.

 

Currently, Enfinger is second in the ARCA Racing Series driver point standings.

 

“He has always impressed me. Grant gets the most out of his car, no matter what he’s driving or who he’s driving for,” team manager Nic Moncher said. “He takes care of his cars and finishes strong. With his experience and ability both on and off the track, we feel he can excel in our equipment. We are very excited as a team, and his ability to work with everyone here at GMS Racing will be important.”

 

Teammate Spencer Gallagher will continue to race in the ARCA Racing Series on a limited schedule, along with his NASCAR Camping World Truck Series schedule.
