Ben Kennedy Racing is pleased to announce Kenzie Ruston will drive the Bully Hill Vineyards #96 Chevrolet in the Bully Hill Vineyards 125 at Watkins Glen International on August 8, 2014. Bully Hill has a long history of supporting NASCAR racing; the partnership with Kenzie Ruston and Ben Kennedy Racing continues the rich legacy of the Taylor Family’s involvement in the sport.
“Bully Hill is synonymous with auto racing,” said Lillian Taylor, owner of Bully Hill Vineyards. “We’ve been involved in racing since the 1970’s, when the SCCA would race triumphs and spitfires on the estate itself. I’m extremely excited to give Kenzie her shot in the Bully Hill 125 in the Bully Hill Vineyards Chevrolet. Kenzie is an extremely talented driver, as evident with her selection in the NASCAR Next Program, and we couldn’t be happier to have her represent Bully Hill Vineyards.”
“I feel so blessed that Bully Hill Vineyards chose to sponsor me for the Bully Hill Vineyards 125 at Watkins Glen,” said Ruston. “Bully Hill has been involved with racing, and sports for a long time, and for them to sponsor the NASCAR K&N Pro Series race, plus our team, I think it speaks volumes to their belief in the value of NASCAR.
“I’m excited to come back in August and bring my team to the Vineyard, enjoy the great wine, and then go deliver on the race track,” said Ruston. “Ben Kennedy Racing invested in a new road course car for this season, so we are planning to come up here and challenge for the win. I couldn’t think of a better way to say thank you to Lillian Taylor and everyone at Bully Hill Vineyards than driving the number 96 Bully Hill Vineyards car in to Victory Lane.”
Team Principal Ben Kennedy shares Ruston’s excitement about the partnership with Bully Hill Vineyards. “It’s very exciting to have Bully Hill Vineyards on our car for the Watkins Glen Race,” said Kennedy. “Bully Hill has had a great history in the sport, and I don’t think they could have found a better representative than Kenzie.”

Bully Hill Vineyards is a family owned producer of 40 different wines, all from grapes grown in New York. Ben Kennedy Racing is a NASCAR team competing in the K&N Pro Series East with driver Kenzie Ruston. Ben Kennedy Racing is based in Daytona Beach, FL, and operates out of an 8,000 square foot facility.
