This weekend the NASCAR Camping World Truck Series will end their month break and head to the Kansas Speedway for the 14th annual SFP 250. This weekend will be the first time the series has ran under the lights at the 1.5-mile oval.
Entry list:
The entry list currently features a total of 31 drivers, so no drivers will be going home following qualifying. Some of the drivers participating this weekend include, Ryan Ellis, Jimmy Weller III, Todd Shafer, Joe Nemechek, Joey Logano, Austin Dillon, Spencer Gallagher, Taylor Malsam, Scott Stenzel and Charles Lewandoski.
Storylines:
Ryan Blaney will race double duty this weekend but this time being in the NASCAR Sprint Cup Series. Blaney will make his Sprint Cup Series debut driving the No. 12 SKF Ford in a Team Penske Ford. This isn’t the first time doing double duty, though, as he did several times in the Nationwide Series.
Ben Kennedy continues his busy weekend already by making his third start this season. Kennedy, who on last Saturday, graduated from the University of Florida with his degree in sports management. Kennedy comes into Kansas Speedway this weekend sixth in the points standings and hopes to score his first career NASCAR win.
Joe Nemechek hopes to leave Kansas Speedway this weekend with a race win to complete a trifecta. Nemechek heads into this weekend at Kansas looking to capture a win in the NASCAR Camping World Truck Series after sweeping both series races at the 1.5-mile oval in 2004, which was his last win in the NASCAR ranks.
Matt Crafton heads into this weekend as the defending race winner and hopes to make it two-for-two at Kansas. Although, Crafton has some luck on his side as this track seems to play towards the veteran drivers. Crafton said this is a trickier race track and said that off turn four is the toughest. Crafton heads into Kansas hoping to capture his second win of the season and advance further in the points standings.

The NASCAR Camping World Truck Series race can be seen live tomorrow night at 8:00 p.m. Et, on FOX Sports 1. The Motor Racing Network will provide the live radio coverage of the event.
