Dillon at Las Vegas – Dillon has four career MENCS starts at LVMS, all of which have been behind the wheel of the No. 13 Germain Racing Chevrolet. The 27-year-old has also competed in five NASCAR Xfinity Series races, notching one pole and four top-11 finishes. In addition, Dillon has made two starts in the NASCAR Gander Outdoors Truck Series, earning one pole, one top-five and two top-10 results.

Rearview Mirror – One week ago, Dillon and the GEICO team took to the historic Indianapolis Motor Speedway for the Brickyard 400. After two successful practice sessions and securing a 25th-place starting position, the Germain Racing team fine-tuned the handling during the 400-mile race, while Dillon used his impressive driving skills to miss numerous cautions and move through the field. The GEICO Chevrolet crossed the finish line in the 13th position, recording the team’s fourth consecutive top-20 finish.

What do you expect from Sunday’s race at Las Vegas Motor Speedway?
“When we went to Las Vegas earlier this season, our GEICO Racing team was still trying to figure out this new package and we didn’t have a ton of notes of how our Camaro ZL1 would react to certain changes. Restarts and the first 10-15 laps of a run are still going to be a key in having a strong finish, but at the same time, handling will be important for the long runs. Drivers know that the easiest time to make up ground is on the restarts though. We have continued to make strides in our program this season and the last few weeks have been another step in the right direction. I’m looking forward to getting on track and hopefully we can keep the momentum of our last month.”
