FRM Post-Race Report: New Hampshire

Michael McDowell
No. 34 Dockside Logistics Ford Mustang
Started: 24 | Finished: 17
We struggled all weekend to find balance and speed. In practice, we just couldn’t get things dialed in, but in the race, it really came to us. We couldn’t fire off very good, but we were really good on the long run and were able to stay on the lead lap and battle inside of the top 20 for the second half of the race, which was great for us. It’s good to get another top 20 finish. It’s good to be competitive and racing against good cars. It has been a decent day.”

No. 36 Louis Kemp Crab Delights Ford Mustang
Started: 30 | Finished: 24
Our No. 36 Louis Kemp Crab Delights Ford Mustang sustained some damage to the front end at the drop of the green flag, which put us in a tough spot to begin with. We made some gains later on in the race but just needed to be a bit better earlier on. I’m proud of the way my guys rallied to a solid P24 finish and look forward to having Louis Kemp Crab Delights back on the car in Charlotte. We’ll move onto Pocono with our sights on a top finish next weekend.”
David Ragan
No. 38 Compressor World Ford Mustang
Started: 20 | Finished: 34
“An unfortunate day for our No. 38 Compressor World Ford Mustang. I felt like we showed good speed throughout the race, battling inside of the top 15 and top 20, but a brake issue halfway through Stage 3 sent us to the garage for repairs, putting us multiple laps down to which we were not able to make back up.”
