Joey Gase to join Rick Ware Racing for AAA Texas 500 with Donate Life Texas

Joey Gase will head to Texas Motor Speedway (TMS) to pull double duty with Rick Ware Racing (RWR) in the Monster Energy NASCAR Cup Series (MENCS) No. 51 Ford Fusion.

Donate Life Texas will join Gase and RWR for the weekend’s AAA Texas 500.

Rick Ware Racing’s primary marketing partner JACOB Companies is graciously sharing their partnership placement for the weekend to help Donate Life Texas with their mission to spread awareness for organ, eye and tissue donation.

“Spreading awareness for organ, eye and tissue donation is something that is not only really important for me but also so many others and I can’t thank JACOB Companies enough for letting Donate Life Texas come on board this weekend,” said Gase.

JACOB Companies CEO Don Perry offered, “JACOB Companies has always taken pride in helping with various organizations that do great work in order to make the world a better place to live. The Donate Life Texas is a great organization to bring awareness about the importance of being an organ donor.

“We are humbled and excited to share the No. 51 Donate Life Texas | JACOB Companies Ford Fusion with this great cause.”

On the television panel of the No. 51 Donate Life Texas | JACOB Companies Ford Fusion this weekend will be a photo of Cassie Contreras from Haslet, Texas’s V.R. Eaton High School.

In 2017, 17-year-old Contreras was involved in multi-vehicle car accident that tragically took her life. However, Contreras still lives on today through others as she made the courageous decision to donate her organs.

12 other honorees will join Contreras on the Donate Life Texas Ford along with fellow V.R. Eaton High School classmate and 2018 heart recipient, Casey Huff.

On Thursday, November 1st, Gase and his No. 51 Donate Life Texas | JACOB Companies Ford Fusion will visit the high school with Donate Life Texas and LifeGift.

At the event, Contreras’s family, V.R. Eaton staff, and students will be able to put their very own Handprint of Hope on the hood of the Donate Life Texas No. 51 that Gase will race in Sunday’s AAA Texas 500.

The AAA Texas 500 is set for Sunday, Nov. 4 with coverage on NBC, the Performance Racing Network (PRN) and SiriusXM Satellite Radio Channel 90. Event coverage begins at 3:00 p.m. (ET).
