Ragan on Martinsville

“I love Martinsville. I tell everybody that’s probably my favorite race on the circuit. Martinsville reminds me of short-track racing in my Legends car and my late-model cars when I was a young kid. It’s what NASCAR was built on. I think Martinsville is the track we’ve been going to the longest. It’s awesome to have all that history at one track. It’s a challenging race, but I just love going to Martinsville.

“With eight guys going for a championship, the intensity is pretty high. And even though we’re not racing for a championship, we’re still racing for race wins, top-fives and top-10s, and it would be great to leave Martinsville with a good run.”
