Daytona Preview: Whitt RTIC Coolers No. 72

Returning from the west coast after competing in Sonoma, California last weekend, Cole Whitt and the No. 72 team are heading south to the sunshine state of Florida. Daytona International Speedway (DIS) will serve as the venue for the Monster Energy NASCAR Cup Series (MENCS) Coke Zero 400 Powered by Coca-Cola. Whitt has six previous MENCS starts at DIS, completing 1014 laps at the 2.5-mile, tri-oval and credited for leading 3 laps. In February 2017, in the season opener, Whitt started 17th and secured an 18th place finish.

In an effort to keep things cool under pressure in the Florida sun, Whitt brings sponsor RTIC Coolers along with him for the 160-lap event. Carrying the stars and bars of our nation’s colors, the RTIC Coolers No. 72 will honor our Country’s Independence Day by featuring a Patriotic paint scheme of the American Flag.

RTIC Coolers, the official cooler and drinkware of TriStar Motorsports, offers a variety of products that are ideal from the backyard to the outback and even more so at the race track. Launching a new product line of innovative styles and colors, RTIC beats the competitor hands down by being over built, not over-priced.
