100,000 Cameras: Daytona 500 Premieres Saturday on FS1 at 6:00 PM ET

NASCAR fans can relive the thrilling 2016 DAYTONA 500 this weekend through thousands of different lenses. FS1 premieres the 30-minute crowd-sourced 100,000 CAMERAS: DAYTONA 500 at 6:00 PM ET on Saturday, Feb. 27, immediately following the network’s live coverage of the NASCAR CAMPING WORLD TRUCK SERIES race live from Atlanta Motor Speedway (4:30 PM ET).

The 30-minute special, the franchise’s third, weaves together fan and driver-generated video to tell the story of the 2016 DAYTONA 500, won by Denny Hamlin, from every conceivable angle, regardless of location.  The documentary captures the ‘life in a day of NASCAR’ and how the sport connects people and communities at the track and around the world. The high-energy special also features additional and specialty camera angles and content not seen in the live FOX broadcast of the DAYTONA 500, as well as driver and team radio scanner sound.

FOX Sports kicks off 27 hours of programming from Atlanta on Friday, Feb. 26 with live coverage of NASCAR XFINITY SERIES practice (9:00 AM ET).  FOX NASCAR programming from Atlanta also includes live coverage of the NASCAR XFINITY SERIES race on Saturday, Feb. 27 (1:30 PM ET) and the NASCAR SPRINT CUP SERIES race on Sunday, Feb. 28 (1:00 PM ET).
