Whitt Takes Moen for a High-Speed Ride at Texas

The colors of Moen, the No. 1 faucet brand in North America, will hit the high-speed banks of Texas Motor Speedway with Cole Whitt for Sunday’s NASCAR Sprint Cup Series race. The company will serve as primary sponsor of the No. 35 team for the 501-mile high-stakes event in the heart of the series’ playoff chase.

Moen offers customers around the world a selection of kitchen and bath faucets, showerheads, accessories, bath safety products and kitchen sinks for residential and commercial applications. The primary sponsorship for the AAA Texas 500 marks the North Olmsted, Ohio-based company’s first partnership with Front Row Motorsports. The blue, white and red scheme will feature the Moen logo on the hood and rear quarter panels.

“At Moen we all share a competitive spirit through and through, but nothing matches the fun and thrill of being part of a NASCAR performance with Cole and his team,” says Todd Teter, VP & GM Wholesale Business Unit, Moen. “It’s a rush to see our brand on the car for this special race in Texas.”

Whitt enters the Texas race with momentum after earning a top-20 finish Sunday at Martinsville (Va.) Speedway.

“Our team has a lot of confidence heading into this weekend after Martinsville,” the 24-year-old driver said. “We’ll definitely be proud to show off that Moen paint scheme this week at Texas. It’s a brand that’s known for its superior performance, and we’ve got some high goals for our own performance on Sunday at the track.”

The AAA Texas 500 is the second race in the Eliminator round of NASCAR’s Chase to the Championship. Sunday’s race will air live nationwide on NBC with coverage beginning at 2 p.m. ET.
