Entrants will be eligible to win the Grand Prize, a complete autographed uniform (helmet, Nationwide fire suit, a pair of white skeleton gloves worn during the 2015 NASCAR Sprint All-Star Race, and driving shoes) worn by the 12-time NMPA Most Popular Driver.

Tickets are $10 each and all proceeds will go toward the life-saving work done at Nationwide Children’s Hospital in Columbus, Ohio. Only 10,088 tickets will be sold, and the contest, second of the year for the Foundation, runs through Nov. 30, 2015.
