Cole Whitt Makes Pit Stop at Rinnai Headquarters

Popular NASCAR driver Cole Whitt made a pit stop at Rinnai headquarters in Peachtree City today to celebrate the tankless water heater brand’s sponsorship of his car with the company’s employees. Whitt held a short Q&A, signed autographs and posed for fan pictures for Rinnai employees. Whitt is in Georgia to compete in NASCAR’s Atlanta Oral-B USA 500 on Sunday, August 31, where he is scheduled to race the Rinnai-sponsored car at Atlanta Motor Speedway.

Earlier this summer, Rinnai, the number-one selling brand of tankless water heaters in North America, began a partnership with BK Racing and Cole Whitt, who will race the No. 26 Rinnai car in select races during the 2014 racing season.

“Hosting Cole at our headquarters was an honor and a great way to celebrate our new partnership with Cole and BK Racing,” said Susan Mittelbrun, Rinnai’s Vice President of Marketing. “Our employees were thrilled to meet Cole, and we all look forward to cheering for him and the No. 26 Rinnai Tankless Water Heaters Toyota Camry team throughout the 2014 racing season.”

Whitt, 23, is considered one of the bright up-and-coming stars of NASCAR and will compete for the 2014 NASCAR Sprint Cup Series Rookie of the Year honors. His NASCAR career includes four years on the circuit and 102 races in which Cole has competed in each vitally important building block series such as the NASCAR K&N Pro Series; NASCAR Camping World Truck Series; NASCAR Nationwide Series and the NASCAR Sprint Cup Series.
