Following February’s sponsorship announcement, SUBWAY revealed its 2017 paint scheme for Joe Gibbs Racing’s No. 19 Toyota, driven by Daniel Suarez.
In addition to this Sunday’s race (Auto Club 400 in Fontana, CA), Daniel Suarez will also race in this SUBWAY paint scheme in the following races:
· May 28 – Coca-Cola 600; Charlotte, NC
· July 1 – Coke Zero 400 Powered by Coca-Cola; Daytona, FL
· October 15 – Alabama 500; Talladega, AL
This 2017 SUBWAY paint scheme marks one of the first uses of the brands’ update to its iconic logo, along with its powerful new choicemark, announced in August of 2016. The new logo stands up tall, bold and confident, capturing the essence of the brand in a fresh, contemporary look. The core colors have been optimized and the choicemark, a new asset for the brand, distills the iconic arrows into a powerful and simple mark. Capturing the essence of the brand in a smaller footprint, the arrows symbolize the choices SUBWAY provides its guests.
