Rock and Roll…The NASCAR Camping World Truck Series (NCWTS) returns to ‘The Rock’ for the second time in series history this weekend. Paludo participated in the inaugural race at Rockingham Speedway in 2012, earning a 15th-place finish in the historic event. Turner Scott Motorsports took the checkered flag in last year’s race, with Kasey Kahne piloting the No. 4 Chevrolet Silverado to victory lane.

This Week’s Silverado…Paludo and the No. 32 AccuDoc Solutions. team will utilize chassis TSM-216 this weekend at Rockingham Speedway. TSM-216 was a favorite of the No. 32 team at intermediate tracks last season, making seven starts in 2012. The truck was most recently on track in the fall race at Texas Motor Speedway, where it finished 14th. The chassis has a best finish of eighth, which Paludo earned at the fall event at Kentucky Speedway.

Meet Miguel…Come meet Paludo and the rest of the Turner Scott Motorsports drivers at the NCWTS autograph session on Saturday, April 13th from 10:15-11:00 a.m. EDT. The session will take place by the rock located in front of the main ticket office.

Watch and Listen...The North Carolina Education Lottery 200 at The Rock presented by Cheerwine can be seen live on Sunday, April 14 on SPEED. Race coverage will begin at 1:30 p.m. EDT, and the event can also be heard live on MRN Radio as well as SiriusXM Radio, channel 90.

Previous Race Recap…Paludo was on his way to a strong finish in the Kroger 250 at Martinsville Speedway, running in the top 10 for nearly the entire event and occupying the top five for much of the second half of the race, but a wild final restart marred the Brazilian’s stellar run, resulting in a 17th-place finish for the No. 32 SEM Products, Inc. Chevrolet.

Miguel Paludo on driving at Rockingham Speedway

“Last year was obviously our first race ever at Rockingham Speedway, so we struggled a bit to zero in on our truck, but our team has made so much progress since then. The chassis we’re bringing with us was our ‘go-to’ truck last season on the intermediate tracks, and we’ve learned a lot about it and made many improvements to it. Turner Scott Motorsports as a whole was very successful last year in Rockingham, so we feel very prepared going into the race. The No. 32 team has been fantastic this year. I have no doubt we can go to The Rock and win it.”
