Ross Chastain finished in the top 10 in both Xfinity Series races last year at Daytona International Speedway.
Chastain returns to stock car racing’s most famous track this weekend for the Subway Firecracker 250. He’ll drive the No. 4 Chevrolet for JD Motorsports with Gary Keller.
Chastain finished 22nd in this season’s first race at Daytona.
“I love that track, and we usually have good cars there,” Chastain said of Daytona. “Anything can happen at that track. If you can stay in the lead draft, you’ve got a shot at doing something really big.”
Chastain, who has raced seven times at DIS, enters the race 13th in Xfinity Series points.
