Cassill 21st at Fontana

Landon Cassill finished 21^st Saturday in the Drive4Clots.com 300 Xfinity Series race Saturday at Auto Club Speedway.

Cassill qualified 24^th after rolling through the first round of time trials. He drove up to 14^th in the Bubba Burger Chevrolet before finishing 21^st, one lap down.

“We expected to do a little better today,” said Cassill, who nevertheless moved up one spot in Xfinity driver points to 18^th. “The car was a little off, but it was a representative day. We’ll take a while off and get them at Texas.”
