Florida Lottery Joins Cassill for Daytona 500

The Florida Lottery will once again hit the high-speed track of Daytona International Speedway with Front Row Motorsports, joining the team as primary sponsor of Landon Cassill’s No. 38 Ford for this month’s season-opening Daytona 500.

The Florida Lottery partnered with the team in 2015 for NASCAR Sprint Cup Series races at Daytona and Homestead Miami Speedway and also with Cassill in the NASCAR XFINITY Series.

The organization is celebrating 28 years of supporting education through its drawings and Scratch-Off games. The Florida Lottery contributed more than $29 billion to education and sending more than 725,000 students to college through the Bright Futures Scholarship Program. The partnership with Front Row Motorsports will encourage race fans to join in the fun and “Just Imagine” becoming one of the 1,800-plus players that have become millionaires through the Florida Lottery.

The Feb. 21 race will be Cassill’s first with Front Row Motorsports, at a track where he has had two top-15 finishes in his past four starts. The 26-year-old driver looks forward to having a familiar partner on board for the Great American Race.

“I’ve loved working with the Florida Lottery, and it’s fantastic that they’re back on board for the Daytona 500 with our No. 38 Ford,” Cassill said. “They have a lot of fun with their sponsorship in a way that really gets fans’ attention, and we’ll hope to get them plenty of attention on track, too.”

Cassill and teammate Chris Buescher will make appearances at the Florida Lottery display at Daytona International Speedway on Daytona 500 race weekend. Announcements of scheduled appearances will be posted on Facebook at facebook.com/FrontRowMotorsports and on Twitter at @Team_FRM.
