The Greg Biffle Foundation is happy to announce the release of the 2014 NASCAR Pets Calendar which is now available for sale on the foundation’s website www.gregbifflefoundation.com. Proceeds from the calendar benefit the Greg Biffle Foundation which Greg and his wife, Nicole, founded in 2005 to create awareness and serve as an advocate to improve the well-being of animals by engaging the power and passion of the motor sports industry.
Greg and Nicole knew they wanted to raise money to help animals and the idea for the calendar was born. This is the eighth edition of the calendar which is one of the biggest fundraisers for the Greg Biffle Foundation. The response to the 2006 edition made it the best-selling item on NASCAR.com. Greg’s primary race sponsor, 3M, got on board in 2009 and is now the main sponsor of the calendar.
The 2014 Calendar features NASCAR Drivers Greg Biffle, Dale Earnhardt, Jr., Kyle Busch, Clint Bowyer, Matt Kenseth, Casey Mears, Juan Pablo Montoya, Danica Patrick, Jeff Burton, Kevin Harvick, David Ragan and Miss Sprint Cup pictured with their pets and family members. The calendar also features members of the media including John Roberts, Jeff Hammond, Darrell Waltrip, Wendy Venturini, Nicole Briscoe and Chris Myers.
“The NASCAR Pet Calendar is unique in that it shows drivers off the track with some very special family members – their pets – and it really resonates with our fans,” said Greg Biffle, driver of the No. 16 Ford and founder of The Greg Biffle Foundation. “The calendar’s success and the fan support allows us to help shelters across the country that needed our help.”
Since its creation, the Greg Biffle Foundation has awarded grants to over 500 humane societies and animal shelters from coast to coast. Representing the best interests of the animals and using the full potential of each participant’s involvement is the purpose for the Greg Biffle Foundation. Financial support for the foundation comes from a variety of sources including individual contributions along with the sale of NASCAR Pets calendars.
