Tim Lollis scored the first ever Mulligan Power Truck Series win at Greenville-Pickens last month, and he is expected to lead a strong contingent of racers into this weekend’s high-paying event.
The track’s limited late model series points leader Luke “The Young One” Sorrow also brought his team’s truck back out for the inaugural race and should be ready to rock on Saturday along with Randy Porter and many others.
Additionally, late model points leader Chase Purdy, in the midst of a bit of a slump after winning seven features out of the first eleven, will be looking to get back to “Call Double Aught Bryan Ramey” victory lane in the twin 50-lap feature races, but he’ll have plenty of competition.
Dylan Hall, Trey Gibson, Ryan Walker and Cody Haskins will be among those looking for wins and all the drivers will participate in a special meet and greet with the fans during pre-race on the front straightaway.
Four-Cylinders, renegades, super stocks and pure stocks will be in action as well for a total of seven main events on what is sure to be an action-packed Saturday Night Thunder program.
