NASCAR Officials have issued penalties after an incident between competitors in the pit area during the June 18th event at Bowman Gray Stadium.
Joe Ryan Osborne has been suspended from competition at Bowman Gray Stadium for a period of three race meets after maneuvering his car in an unsafe manner through the pit area. David Hill and Randell Smith have been suspended from competition at Bowman Gray Stadium for a period of two race meets for confrontation in the pit area.
These penalties apply to competition in Bowman Gray Stadium’s NASCAR Whelen All-American Series events and will not affect competition in other NASCAR series.
