Country music group Gloriana to play free concert for race fans on Sunday, June 2 in Victory Plaza

Race fans will be treated to a very special pre-race event, as country music group Gloriana will play a free concert for fans in Victory Plaza the morning of the June 2 “FedEx 400 benefiting Autism Speaks” NASCAR Sprint Cup Series race. The award-winning trio will also perform the National Anthem for the day’s race.

Comprised of brothers Tom and Mike Gossin, along with Rachel Reinert, Gloriana broke onto the scene in 2009 with its self-titled album that featured the hit single “Wild at Heart.” The debut release earned the group the American Music Award for Breakthrough Artist in 2009 and the coveted Academy of Country Music Award for Top New Vocal Group in 2010.

Their sophomore album, “A Thousand Miles Left Behind,” was produced by Grammy Award-winning producer and songwriter Matt Serletic, and debuted at No. 2 on the Billboard Country Album Chart. The album’s first single, “(Kissed You) Good Night,” was the most played song by a group on country radio in 2012. Gloriana’s latest single, “Can’t Shake You,” is quickly climbing the radio charts, and the trio recently kicked off a year-long, nationwide tour.
