Tommy Baldwin Racing, McReynolds Head to Dover for K&N Pro Series East Season Finale

Tommy Baldwin Racing (TBR) will finish their first partial season in the NASCAR K&N Pro Series East with NASCAR Next Alumnus Brandon McReynolds this weekend. After two successful races, including a second-place finish at Greenville Pickens Speedway, Baldwin and McReynolds head to Dover International Speedway for the final race of the season.

Joining TBR and McReynolds for the Dover 125 will be Kent Construction Co., a local family-owned company in operation since 1973. They are located in Smyrna, Delaware, and have been involved in racing since 1980.

“Racing is in our blood,” said Pat Davison, Vice President of Kent Construction. “My family and I have grown up racing ourselves, and now our business has led us to work with Dover International Speedway. Kent Construction proudly built the now infamous Miles the Monster statue outside of Dover, and we are proud to be back at Dover as a sponsor for Brandon McReynolds and Tommy Baldwin Racing. All of us at Kent Construction look forward to cheering the No. 21 Kent Construction Chevrolet on this weekend.”

With two solid performances in the books, McReynolds feels they have momentum on their side.

“I can’t wait to race at Dover with the No. 21 Kent Construction Chevrolet,” said McReynolds. “I am very fortunate to have the opportunity to race in the K&N Series with Tommy. He and the guys at Tommy Baldwin Racing have given me the best equipment to go out there and contend for wins like I have been able to in my previous races at New Hampshire and Greenville-Pickens this year. It means a lot that Tommy has given me this chance, and we will go out there and back up our 2nd place finish from Greenville.”

“I’ve been really pleased with the way our K&N program has gone in just two races. The guys were prepared for both New Hampshire and Greenville-Pickens (SC), and Brandon got the job done behind the wheel,” said Baldwin. “We’ve set our expectations high for this weekend because we are confident we’ll contend for the win.”
