Cameron Hayley NCWTS Preview: New Hampshire

Second Time’s A Charm…Making his second NASCAR Camping World Truck Series (NCWTS) start this weekend at New Hampshire Motor Speedway, Cameron Hayley will be back behind the wheel of the No. 32 Cabinets by Hayley Chevrolet Silverado for Turner Scott Motorsports (TSM). The 18-year-old Canada native competed at the 1.058-mile track in the NASCAR K&N Pro Series East earlier this year and salvaged a top-15 finish after a flat tire set him and his TSM team back early in the race.

Back On Board…Supporting Hayley throughout his three NCWTS races this season, Cabinets by Hayley is the premier manufacturer of metal garage and storage cabinets in Canada, coast to coast. Formed in 1978, Hayley Industrial Electronics Ltd. produced high-powered, uninterruptible power supply units for heavy-duty applications. After nearly 30 years of high-standard systems in the industrial field, Hayley formed Cabinets by Hayley to service the residential market. Now, Cabinets by Hayley offers a full line of metal storage cabinets for the people that want the best in quality and appearance for their storage needs. Impressive Debut…Hayley made his NCWTS debut just three weeks ago at Canadian Tire Motorsport Park, and although it was his first time competing in one of NASCAR’s top-three series, the young driver blended in with the veterans as he made his way around the twists and turns of the 2.459-mile road course. Hayley used both practice sessions to familiarize himself with the 10-turn course and was able to claim a top-10 starting position in his first attempt at NCWTS qualifying. Maintaining a spot within the top 15 for the majority of the race, Hayley was shuffled back two positions after the final restart, putting him just outside the top 10 for the final eight-lap shootout to the finish line. The No. 32 Cabinets by Hayley truck held strong and despite a solid effort to regain track position, Hayley settled for a strong 11th-lace finish in his NCWTS debut.

Stop on By…Be sure to stop by the NCWTS autograph session this weekend as Hayley and his fellow competitors sign autographs from 5:00-6:00 p.m. on Friday, September 19.

Watch and Listen…Don’t miss any of the action as the NCWTS makes its grand return to Loudon. The UNOH 175 can be seen live on Saturday, September 20 beginning at 12:30 p.m. EDT on FOX Sports 1. The race can also be heard live on MRN Radio as well as SiriusXM Satellite Radio, channel 90.

Cameron Hayley on Racing at New Hampshire Motor Speedway:

“I can’t wait to get back behind the wheel of the No. 32 truck this weekend at Loudon. I learned a lot from my Turner Scott Motorsports team in Canada, and I’m really looking forward to working with Mike Hillman and the guys again. I competed at New Hampshire [Motor Speedway] in the K&N Series earlier this year and didn’t get the finish that I wanted due to a flat tire early in the race. I’ve been ready to get back in the Cabinets by Hayley truck since I climbed out in Canada.”
