Roush Fenway Racing today announced that Fifth Third Bank has renewed its relationship as a primary sponsor of the No. 17 NASCAR Sprint Cup Series (NSCS) Ford with driver Ricky Stenhouse Jr. in a multi-year deal.
“We are really thrilled to have Fifth Third Bank back with us next season” said Stenhouse, who is currently competing in his sophomore season at NASCAR’s highest level. “It has been an honor to represent Fifth Third over the past two seasons and I am looking forward to working with them over the years to come.
“We have them on the car here in Atlanta this weekend and again in Richmond next weekend,” added Stenhouse. “Hopefully we can celebrate this announcement with a trip to victory lane and a ‘Chase’ berth for the No. 17 team.”
Fifth Third Bank came onboard with Roush Fenway Racing in 2012 and has served as a primary sponsor on the No. 17 NSCS entry for the past three seasons.

Stenhouse Jr., who captured NSCS Rookie of the Year honors in 2013, is a two-time NASCAR champion after winning back-to-back titles in the NASCAR Nationwide Series in 2011 and 2012. He will make his 66th career Sprint Cup Series start this weekend at Atlanta Motor Speedway, with a career best finish of second earlier this year at Bristol.
