Ultra Wheel Joins Tommy Baldwin Racing at Phoenix

As Tommy Baldwin Racing prepares to roll into Phoenix International Raceway this week, they are doing so with some extra grip. Ultra Wheel joins TBR as a primary sponsor of Dave Blaney’s No. 7 Chevrolet.
